Is it free?
Yes. There is no sign-up fee, subscription or withdrawal fee. You pay the normal price on Shopee or Lazada — nothing extra.
Where does the cashback come from?
When you buy through our link, the platform pays us an affiliate commission. We share up to 50% of that commission with you. Commission rates differ by product category and are set by each platform, so the bot shows an estimate before you buy.
When can I withdraw?
Cashback shows as pending right after you order. It becomes available once the platform confirms the commission and the return period ends — usually a few weeks after delivery.
How do I withdraw?
Open the wallet in our Telegram Bot, add your PromptPay number or Thai bank account, and request a withdrawal of ฿100 or more. Payouts are reviewed and sent to your account; you’ll get a message with the transfer reference.
Why was my cashback cancelled?
If an order is cancelled, returned or refunded, or the platform rejects the commission, no cashback is paid for it. Using other coupon or cashback links after ours may also stop the order from being tracked.

What we collect. Your Telegram user ID, username and language; the product links you send us; order data reported by affiliate programs (order ID, amount, status, commission) for orders made through your links; and the payout details you choose to add (PromptPay ID or bank account name and number).
Why. Only to create your cashback links, match orders to your account, calculate and pay cashback, prevent fraud and answer support requests.
Sharing. We do not sell your data. Links are processed through affiliate networks and the shopping platforms as needed to track orders; payout details are used only to send your money. We may disclose data where required by Thai law.
Security & retention. Payout details are encrypted at rest and access is logged. We keep records as long as your account is active and as required for accounting, then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights. Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) you may request access, correction or deletion of your data by contacting us at the address below.

The service. SiamCashback gives you affiliate links for products on supported platforms and shares part of the commission we receive for qualifying purchases. Purchases, delivery, returns and refunds are handled entirely by the shopping platform and seller.
Cashback. Estimates are not guaranteed. Cashback becomes payable only after the platform confirms the commission; cancelled, returned, refunded or invalid orders earn nothing, and amounts already credited may be reversed if the platform later reverses the commission.
Fair use. One account per person. Self-referral abuse, fake or automated orders, and any attempt to manipulate tracking are prohibited and may lead to forfeited cashback and account suspension.
Withdrawals. Minimum withdrawal is ฿100 to a PromptPay ID or Thai bank account in your name. For your security, withdrawals to a newly added or changed account may be held for up to 48 hours, and large withdrawals are reviewed manually.
Changes. We may update cashback rates, supported platforms or these terms; material changes will be announced in the bot.
